No more feeling like a pig!
I have been talking about doing this for awhile, and after my big pig-out week and having trouble getting back into a workout schedule, I thought it was time. I don't have any rules or anything like that -- with the exception of not promoting eating disorders or unhealthy behaviors, of course. I'm thinking of it mostly as a support/encouragement place, but maybe also a place to keep us each accountable and to share ideas on workouts. Maybe even post before/during/after pictures .... it's all up to you!|
Personally, I am planning on posting how many laps I swim every day - and if I don't post for a few days, I'd love someone to jump in and say "hey, what's going on with that?" I also need encouragement to go to the store and get groceries so I don't eat out as often ... and I am a very picky eater and tend to get into big-time eating ruts, so I'll be asking for ideas for simple meals, I'm sure!
I really hope I can get to my goal weight by the end of the summer, and that means I really have to get back on track and loose some of the weight I've put on since I started "maintainance" ...
